- Summer Squash, 1 lb, halved
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Additional Seasonings (ie - feta & mint)
While the grill is heating up, wash and halve the squashes.
Throw squashes on the grill and cook on each side until tender.
Remove squashes from grill and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add in any additional ingredients, toss, and serve!
