Hi Steven. Thanks again for helping me understand and login as a member through your web site. However, once again, this week I had no text or email updates/notifications as to the progress or estimated time of delivery, as you had previously done, and acknowledged should still be happening. I waited at home, and sometime after noon, not having received notification, I checked outside my door to discover my order had in fact been delivered.
I am assuming you have a new driver as this is unusual as previously the driver would ring the bell when delivering. Also, this is the first week I received an item that was damaged. I realize tomatoes are hard to ship, but the bag in which they were packed was wet on the outside and two of my tomatoes were damaged and needed to be tossed.
As you know, I think what you all do is incredible, and it is with that in mind, I hope you take this review as a chance to reinforce operational procedures with all involved.
